Dala provides practical, reliable, and data driven based end-to-end energy cost and carbon reduction solutions with savings achievable from lower cost and clean renewable energy supply to energy efficient load consumption, energy monitoring, and optimised billing. Dala assists with electricity supplier and tenant bill handling, and to comply with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR for Electrical Equipment and Lighting sectors) and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) regulations that seek to improve environmental sustainability.

The energy services provided include:

•clean renewable energy and security of supply
•energy efficiency improvements
•utility and tenant bill handling and optimisation (including tenant billing per energy and backup source)
•Smart Energy Monitoring System implementation for data driven energy use and cost optimisation and management, and
•Implementation of a staff managed Energy Management Program aligned to the principles of ISO50001, and in order to implement energy savings and ongoing continuous improvements

Dala is authorised to conduct energy performance assessments and issue EPC certificates for buildings that meet the compliance requirements of the EPC regulations (e.g. office buildings, universities, colleges, schools, buildings with restaurants, bars, and theatres  including malls, gyms, etc). The company also assists with integration and to report on environmental ESG and ISO14001 initiatives.
